What to Expect:

  • Dedicated Work Blocks: Structured intervals using the Pomodoro technique (25–50 minutes of focused work / 5–10 minute breaks) to keep you on track.

  • Break Room Chats: Short breaks to connect with peers, share tips, and network with professionals from various fields.

  • Accountability Check-Ins: Start and end each session with quick check-ins to set goals and reflect on your progress.
