The following positions comprise the Executive Board. The term of office for all Executive Board Officers is one calendar year (January 1–December 31).

General Board Officers

General Board Officers are appointed, not elected, by incoming Executive Board Officers. General Board Officers work on teams overseen by Executive Board Officers. The term of office for all General Board Officers is one calendar year (January 1–December 31).

Decision 2025 Timeline

Executive Board Officers:

  • November 11–29, 2024 | Nominations

    • Individuals can nominate themselves and their peers using the Nomination Form

    • For eligibility, check our Constitution

  • November 26-13 2024 | Nominees will be contacted to confirm their nomination. **Note, individuals may only accept one nomination

  • December 18–December 31, 2024 | Elections

    • In accordance with our Constitution, each LICSPA Member Institution may cast one vote per position, determined by a simple majority of votes from the institution’s General Members

    • Elections will be held virtually. The ballot closes at 3 p.m. EST on Tuesday, December 31, 2024

  • January 10, 2024 | Election results announced at the Annual Business Meeting!

General Board Officers:

The timeline for the successful appointment of 2025 General Board Officers will be determined by the 2025 Executive Board.
